We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we expand our delivery services.

6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate. Leondre Genie is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist as much as possible but cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Delayed Delivery: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, or carrier issues.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
