  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Please note: Certain products such as clearance items, customized goods, or hygienic products (if applicable) may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

4. Refunds

7. Cancellations
